I made this one a while ago, but it caught my eye today. It is definitely a favorite - clean and simple, and a pop of color. 
The Forever and Always stamp set is from Simon Says Stamp. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! The flower was watercolored with Distress reinkers in Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade and Peeled Paint. Once it was dry, the sentiment was embossed in white and dots were applied using white Enamel Accents.
Other Supplies:
Cardstock - Soft Stone - Papertrey Ink
Ink - Colorbox Dye Ink (I can't recall the color, but it is a dark gray)
Other - Corner Rounder
